Error installing Financial Reporting Studio 11.1.2.4.902

Hi,

I use Cloud PBCS.

I am interested to see if Financial Reporting Studio is any different to Web Reporting Studio.

I have downloaded and run the installation file - the wizard appears to finish successfully (I didn't have any Browsers open) although i note in the CMD prompt in the background there is a message about not being able to locate tools.jar...

When I try to open Financial Reporting Studio, I get the below error almost straight away

Any ideas??
