Hi Guys,

I was wondering if one of you have ever seen these issues and know what might be the cause:

Two error messages appear:

-Error: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index

-Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Details:

FDM version: 11.1.1.3.00

HFM version: 11.1.1.3.24

Occurence: PROD environment. Just migrated FDM from TEST to PROD using the XML. Occurs in User Maintenance after pressing "new user".

Shared Services: Now has both native and active directory users. User Names are sometimes equal in both directories.

Note: In test we only used native directory users. Seems to be linked to the use of active directory users. However, could also be because we use different database, DCOM settings etc. now we are in PROD so a bit difficult to isolate. Does not occur when we re-import the users from TEST using XML. Only occurs after deleting and adding new users.

Many thanks for your support!!

Kind regards,
JDeM
