Error in "Textarea with HTML editor" item

I added a "Textarea with HTML editor" item in a screen.
When the page is displayed I can select any text in the screen , not only text inside the textarea, and format that text with the HTML editor buttons.

Do you have any idea if i can add a validation to solvethis situation?
