Error in running dynamic calc member formula on form

Hello all,

I am trying to run a member formula on a specific account that is Dynamic Calc and the member formula data store is Dynamic calc also, but the problem is that the member formula developed is not running, knowing that the same formula is running on another accounts.

i refreshed the database several times and tried to run but same problem for this account.

i tried to change the member formula to store or never share and tick the calculate form option, the member formula worked, but when i change it to Dynamic calc it won't work, and it is needed to be Dynamic calc.

any help??

planning version: 11.1.2.4.003.05

Calculation manager version: 11.1.2.4.003.011

Essbase version: 11.1.2.4.016.0
