"Error in invoking target 'itnsping' of makefile" - installing agent HP-UX

Hi

I get this error when installing oracle management agent 11.1 and 10.2.0.5 on HP-UX B.11.11. Installation of 10.2.0.3 seems to be working fine. I still need to try 10.2.0.4.

The agent install is successfull, but the error appears while it's linking:
Error in invoking target 'itnsping' of makefile '/opt/oracle/agent10g/agent11g/network/lib/ins_net_client.mk'. See '/mp2hc500/pgt1/oracle/oraInventory/logs/installActions2010-11-18_12-20-48PM.log' for details.

On 10.2.0.5 the error was:
Error in invoking target 'client_sharelib' of makefile '/opt/oracle/agent10g/network/lib/ins_net_client.mk'
Then after installation I can't upload/secure/start/stop agent.

Please check if anyone knows about this. I have the exact same error on 5 HP-UX servers.
