Error in invoking target 'client_sharedlib' of makefile ins_rdbms.mk

While applying patchset of 11.1.0.7 upon 11.1.0.6 following error encountered:
Error in invoking target 'client_sharedlib' of makefile '/u01/app/oracle/product/11.1.0/db_1/rdbms/lib/ins_rdbms.mk'

The software and OS version is for X86 64.

Following is the information of box:

$ uname -mpi
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64

OS: (Red Hat 4.1.2-41)

During installation of patch set, it has passed the installation pre requistives succesfully.
