Error in Informatica while running Customized Workflow - LM_36488

Hi,

I am working on Customization to add a new attribute to an existing dimension table in the Oracle Business Analytics data warehouse.I am using Informatica 8.6.1.

I am copying the Standard Mapping and workflow from the SDE_ORA11510_Adapter and SILOS Folder to a Custom folder and when I try to run the Workflow after validation in Informatica , I get the below error in the Workflow:

I checked the SrcFiles folder and the parameter file is available.

Please let me know if any configuration needs to be done or I am missing out some step?
