Error in IE : "Could not complete the operation due to error c00ce56e"

Hi,

Whilst My Account -> Preferences -> User Interface Language and Location are both English, there is no error in OBIEE 11g. But whilst configuring My Account -> Preferences -> User Interface Language and Location as Turkish and saving the changes, this error (*"Could not complete the operation due to error c00ce56e"*) is displayed as soon as pressing the OK button.

The issue occured on a Win XP-installed machine with IE7 and IE 8.0.6001.18702 version but not on a Win7-installed one with IE 8.768.0.7600.16385. The UTF-8 encoding solition did not work. The application works fine in firefox or google chrome.

Is it possible to solve the problem?
