Dear Oracle Experts,
I am SAP BASIS administrator. I am doing SAP installation on Oracle Database. I am facing an error while creating database. I have installed database using the OUI (SAP specific screipt will be there to install the oracle) everything went well. I need clrification here,
1. once I installed oracle software without any database, can I connect SQL PLUS ?
2. I am trying to connect SQL plus by sqlplus / as sysdba, but getting an error "ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error"
3. I have applied latest oracle patches and tried to run SAP installer exe file which will create users, groups and database but when it came to "create database, I am getting below errors,

4. is it problem with User ID authorization or windows domain user access problem?
5. I have tried with ordinary database creation with oracle manager wizard but the error ORA-12638: Credential retrieval failed is coming. anything is missing in the oracle installation
5. If I change SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES into NONE, I am getting below error,
