Error in Data Guard log

Hi: I am on 10.2.0.3.

I got an alert from my Data Guard (I only run physical standby) and found these errors only in Data Guard log in ../udump/drc<SID>.log:

DG 2008-11-22-19:37:30 0 2 671380352 Operation CTL_GET_STATUS cancelled during phase 2, error = ORA-16778
DG 2008-11-22-19:37:30 0 2 671380352 Operation CTL_GET_STATUS cancelled during phase 2, error = ORA-16778
DG 2008-11-22-19:38:30 0 2 0 RSM detected log transport problem: log transport for database 'FSPRDDRP' has the following error.
DG 2008-11-22-19:38:30 0 2 0 ORA-12541: TNS:no listener
DG 2008-11-22-19:38:30 0 2 0 RSM0: HEALTH CHECK ERROR: ORA-16737: the redo transport service for standby database "FSPRDDRP" has an error
DG 2008-11-22-19:38:30 0 2 0 NSV1: Failed to connect to remote database FSPRDDRP. Error is ORA-12541
DG 2008-11-22-19:38:30 0 2 0 NSV1: Message is dropped.
DG 2008-11-22-19:38:30 0 2 671380355 DMON: Database FSPRDDRP returned ORA-12541

My log transfer & application continues fine (checked through Grid Control and scripts). Alert logs on both primary & standby don't show any errors. Anybody experienced that? Was it just a hick-up or something needs to be checked? Could not find any good reference in Metalink...
