Error in Creating USER

Hi,
In my environment, I am installing OIM 9.0.3, on Oracle as database and JBoss as the application server. My installation went successful and I did able to login to the Oracle Identity Manager Online tool by using the admin account "xelsysadm". But after logging in to the Identity Manager, when I am trying to create or manager a User under "User Groups" I am getting a DB error. Where it pring out the query with reference to sdk.sdk_key., But SDK.SDK_KEY is a invalid identifier.

Can any one please help me out how to fix this issue.
