We recently migrated our APEX 4.2.3 application up to our new APEX 19.2 environment. On one page of the application, there were many classic reports that were converted to interactive reports when the application was imported. All of the reports have column links to other pages that have to be re-created after migration. Upon running the page to display the reports with the re-created link, the "ORA-28817: PL/SQL function returned an error." message is captured in the debug. The SQL for the report itself runs without error in SQL Developer on the same database. Is there a setting that needs to be changed in order to display interactive reports with column links in 19.2?
