Error(): "http://java.sun.com/jsf/html" is not a registered TLD namespace

I just downloaded JDeveloper 10.1.3.2 a couple of days ago and tried working through the JSF with ADF Faces tutorial and everything was fine until I tried to compile my application and got the error message:

Error(4): "http://java.sun.com/jsf/html" is not a registered TLD namespace

I've gone through the recommendations in some of the (older) postings, but from what I can tell, all of those things are already done. Has anybody else seen this problem?
