Hi. How to handle errors in long running Ajax Callbacks (the right way)?

I'm trying to raise a NO_DATA_FOUND :

But I get 2 errors:

If I remove DBMS_LOCK.SLEEP(3);, it work almost as expected! (Duplicate error still…)

Am I doing this right?
