Error Handling in ODI

Hi,

Can you please guide me on Error Handling and logging framework in ODI? Is there any table which logs the errors before CKM comes into action?
Also we have a requirement that if on populating the records in target table, any constraint fails, none of the records should be inserted in table. What is the best possible approach to achieve this?
