Error from IDM to connect port 636 to the Active Directory

Hello friends,
I have a question about the connector configuration of Active Directory, I installed the certificate in one of the Actives Directorys I use as Target and import this certificate in the Oracle Identity Manager server 9.1.0.2, IDM from this server try to connect by Ldap Browser and port 636 to the Active Directory without success.
¿How else I can validate that there is communication with SSL?

I need to make some additional configuration in Active Directory.
