Error frm-18131 file was last saved by an incompatible newer version of oracle forms

Hello everyone, I need help to open a file. Fmb in forms oracle 11.1.1.4 11.1.2.1

but saved forms. When I open it in 11.1.1.4 error FRM-18131, there is a method to
to open the file?

Or if you know where I can download the version of oracle weblogic 10.3.2 so as to install the version of Oracle Forms 11.1.1.2
