Error encountered : ifbld60.exe... has generated errors.

I'm opening a form using Oracle*Forms6i....
All is okay... I then select the Layout Editor by right-clicking on my mouse.
I then choose a canvas to view... POW... then I get this message in a small alert window.

ifbld60.exe... has generated errors, you will have to close the program and restart...

I think there is a patch, does anyone know for sure ??
