When you enter through the cmd (as administrator):
emctl status dbconsole
displays:
EM Daemon is not running
When you type:
emctl start dbconsole
displays:
- An instance of Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Database Control is already running
The listener is working
Can you please tell how to solve the problem?

When you type:
emctl status dbconsole

Go to https://localhost:1158/em/ (SYS <password>; Connect as SYSDBA):
Error
Internal Error has occurred. Check the log file for details.
In this case, the settings (Enterprise Manager Configuration), statistics (Management Services and Repository) and agent (Agent) base goes.
