Error during the installation of Oracle Database 21c Express Edition

Hi,
I am installing Oracle 21c Express Edition on Windows 10 Pro.
During the installation, I am getting this error. How to fix this? Thanks in advance for your help.
Error 1311. Source file not found:
C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp1_OracleXE213_Win64.zip\DB.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
