Error During Start Report server 11.1.2.2.0

During start of StartMangedWeblogic WLS_REPORT I am getting following error:

<Emergency> <oracle.dfw.incident > <BEA-000000> <incident created with problem key "DFW-99998 [java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError] [oracle.report.util.EnvirnomentGlobal .<init>][reports]">

If any one can suggest solution for the same will be grate helpful.
