Error during checking Operating System Packages requirements

I try to install OEM 10G Grid Console 10.2.0.1.0 on Linux RHEL 4 x86.

I meet errors during the "operating system packages requirements" specially on 3 packages :

compat-libstdc++-296-2.96-132.7.2; found Not found >> failed
libstdc++devel-3.4.3-22.1; found Not found >> failed
openmotif-21-2.1.30-11 ; found Not found >> failed

I've installed the first packages.: for the second libstdc++-devel-3.4.3-22.1 and for the third openmotif21-2.1.30-11.i386.rpm.

There is problems with the position of hyphen.

When i try to skip this step the installer goes to next screen then retry the prerequite step.

Do you have any ideas to skip this check.?
