Help me, I got the error when connect to database Apex from third party (mageAi) like this :
“Error DPY-4011 : the database or network close the connection”
How to resolve this ?
Does anyone experience error like above, integration (call package) Apex from third party (other custom apps)?
This sample of the connection :
Username: XXX
Password: XX1234XX
Service name : dev_dbapex_pdb1.xxxdbsubnet01.xxxdbvcn.oraclevcn.com
(HOST = 152.67.000.xxx)(PORT = 1521)
