Error Download reporte interactivo apex 23.2 (tomcat +ords 23)

arlex valencia menaAug 29 2024 — edited Aug 29 2024

Saludos, espero puedan ayudarme

Hi, this is a free, open forum, so I removed your personal information.

The problem you are facing is probably your account has been hacked. Search for other similar threads to get some idea of actions you can take to recover it, although is not a simple task since Free Tier accounts do not have support from Oracle.

Hello, I don't know what to do. Can I upgrade the subscription? What is the price? And after upgrading the subscription, can the amount be refunded again?

In order to convert to a Paid account (and pay JUST for what you use) you need to log in into the account…

Try contacting the sales support on the Oracle Cloud site, they may help you recover the account if you are able to provide some details like the original emails and some credit card information that was used to create the account.
