Enterprise Manager

Hello All,

I am trying to create individual users in OEM 10G. I go to
setup > Administrators > Create > Create Administrator Properties > Assign Roles > Assign Privleges > etc until the end when I press FINISH.

Then I get

"Error creating userORA-20230: Failed to create: jsmith. ORA-01920:
user name 'JSMITH conflicts with another user or role name ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.MGMT_USER", line 4021 ORA-06512: at line 1" .

I get this whether it is the first time I try to create the Administrator or the second or third.

I did not find anything about this on Metalink or anywhere that I searched on the Web.


Has anyone encountered this before or could anyone suggest a document to look in?
