Error creating controlfile when duplicating database.

I am getting this error when creating a control file with a new SID on another UNIX box. I am trying to create D3P form P3P.

ORA-01161: database name P3P in file header does not match given name of D3P
ORA-01110: data file 1: '/oracle/D3P/sapdata3/system_1/system.data1'

I rcp'ed the files from one box to another when the files where in backup mode.
