Error creating a new db for an Oracle 18c XE installation

Hi,
I've an Oracle 18c XE installation.
I've tried to create a new database both in standard mode and in advanced one unsuccessfully, with this error message:
Any suggests to me, please? Is it possible to create another database for the 18c XE installation?
