ERROR:Could not read any NLS message catalogue!

I try to install Oracle Client 10g R2 (10.2.0.2) on Solaris Machine.I set the ORACLE_BASE & ORACLE_HOME path. Then I execute runInstaller to install Client,But I got the following Error

ERROR:Could not read any NLS message catalogue!

How I can Resolve it

Help me..........
