Error: "Could not find the catalog version file" when upgrading 10g to 11g

Hello,

i try to upgrade our 10g (10.1.3.4.1 on Windows 2003 32bit) web catalog to 11g (11.1.1.6.0 on Windows 2008 R2 SP1 64bit) with help of the Upgrade Assistent (ua.bat startet via bi-init.cmd for getting right environment).
During upgrade Presentation Server trys to start but this fails with error "Could not find the catalog version file" in sawlog0.log.

I used WinRAR to compress the catalog folder on source system (also tried direct copy of this folder).
Also tried to upgrade RPD File first (with success) and afterwards the catalog upgrade with no success.

Any idea??
