error convertion form from 6i to 11g

hi am trying to upgrade my form form 6i to 11gR2 am geting this this error FRM-18130: File was last saved by an unsupported older version of Oracle Forms. the error happen when i try to open form in form builder 11gR2 but i can open the form in 6i builder
