Error: Connection to Shared Services provider failed (In Smart view)

Dear sir,

While try to opening Smart view in Shared Connection i am getting error like;

"Connection to Shared Services provider failed"

Error message: 'The provider running at http://hfmdrm:19000/hfmofficeprovider/hfmofficeprovider.aspx is not a Shared Services provider'

This is my server name: hfmdrm

Please help me to connect smart view.
