Error connecting to SMTP server, authentication failed

My grid control suddenly stopped sending notification emails, for one year worked fine, and now has this problem. When I test the mail server it give me this message "Error connecting to SMTP server, authentication failed", is very strange, now doesn’t work whit any mail server that I tested, my company server, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.

Anyone can help me!!
