Error Connecting to Repository in Server Administrator Console

I am facing a problem in connecting to Informatica repository from Informatica repository server administrator console. when I place cursor to add a repository i am getting the below error:
Microsoft Management Console
Snap-in failed to initialize.
Name: <unknown>
CLSID: {373948CF-F47D-454B-946B-6BF53915D276}
with this, I am unable to add a repository entry and connect to the same from the Administration console.
If any one encountered the same issue, or knows what the problem is, please suggest me how to fix this and go ahead.
I tried uninstalling and installing the "Informatica PowerCenter 7.1.4" again but no success configuring even after re-install also.
