Error configuring ODT for vs2019

HELP needed!
I have installed latest update for VS2019 (v16.11.11).
Of course after first start ODT needed to be reconfigured.
Reconfiguration failed.
Uninstalled and reinstalled ODTforVS2019_193200.vsix several times.
Installations is successful but Configuration fails every time
ODT19 configuratin failed.pngRunning on Windows 10 21H2 19044.1586
