I'm currently trying to configure the OCI AI Service with Oracle APEX. I've completed the setup and provided all required details, including:
- Compartment OCID
- User OCID
- Tenant OCID
- Private Key (PEM format)
- Fingerprint of the API key
- Region
Despite this, I'm encountering the following error:
Connection Failed!
401: The required information to complete authentication was not provided or was incorrect.
I've double-checked all credentials and configuration parameters, and everything seems to be in order.
I have added the needed IAM policy on the IDCS and further i have administrator group assigned to my user .
Could someone please help identify what might be missing or misconfigured?
