Error code 2 starting OracleDbConsole service

Hi guys,

I installed Oracle 11gR2 DB on Windows 7 enterprise edition 32 bits but when i start dbconsole service its give the following error.

"Windows could not start OracleDbConsoleorcl on Local Computer. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer the service specific error code 2"

When i open the EM page its opening but after login its give Error:'Interal Error kindly check log for detail", Kindly help me what i have to do now. How to start DBconsole
