my application team uses a jdbc connection to access the database. . when they tried to insert a record in dev, got the 1153 error ().

Could not create connection; - nested throwable: (java.sql.SQLException: Io exception: Connection refused(DESCRIPTION=(ERR=1153)(ERROR_STACK=(ERROR=(CODE=1153)(

but the The application is working when accessing only 1 db node, it does not work if we use the url string for the db rack.

we are using 10 g 4 node rac on linux.

Please adive me to trouble shoot.

I checked all the services or online and alert log looking fine.
