Error CDG-03516

I have recently upgraded from 9i to 10g (10.1.2.5) and when I go to generate a particular form I am getting the error message CDG-03516 ERROR: Module WELL_DIARY: This module contains or references an object outside of the current workarea
I have tried using the External References Utility, but it tells me the module has no external references. Has any one any pointers as to how I can find what is causing this problem?
