Error backing up Oracle Express Edition

Hi,

When I try and back up Oracle XE I get the following message:

Backup of the database failed.
Unknown log mode: SP2 - 0640
Log file is at SP2-0640

I have turned on the ARCHIVELOG, can't see anything else wrong.
