Error: Attribute in EO is required

I have an important question.

I am getting this error, when I click âApplyâ button in a page.

Error - Attribute MatrixId in PacssMatricesEO is required
=====

Surprising thing is it doesnât even reach the processFormRequest() of the Controller class and it gives this error.

Can you please tell me how to fix it?
