Error: Application-defined or object-defined error

user10994570Mar 21 2014 — edited Mar 25 2014

Hello,

My Finance users are trying to Export to Excel all the entries under a Period and a Category for a Location, but whenever they do it, they get this error:

Error: Application-defined or object-defined error

The process does run for quiet some time, but it always ends up with this error. This is what I see on the log:

By the way, we are using FDM 9.3.1
