Recientemente instale Oracle Apex en su versión 23.2.0, pero al querer instalar alguna aplicación de galería me arroja un erro, ¿de que forma puedo solucionarlo?

Puede por favor activar el debug para poder identificar el problema? Puede encontrar los pasos en Debugging APEX Authentication Issues - Session Debug in the UI.
