Error AIP-50547 while sending an EDI 855 document

Hi,

I have defined an business protocol EDI X12 over Generic .I have defined my host trading partner as ORACLEB2B and remote trading partner as Dummy. In my Host trading partner(ORACLEB2B) and remote trading partner(Dummy) I have defined EndPoints as a location in my system.But the EDI 855 file gets picked up from the location of the host and I am getting the following error.

Error code AIP-50547

Error Text Trading partner agreement not found for the given input values: From party[NAME] "Dummy", To party[NAME] "ORACLEB2B", Business action name "null"; also verify agreement effectiveToDate.

I have a doubt whether my configuratioins are correct or not as in the agreement I have defined my Internal Delivery channel as B2B Inbound and Responding Internal Delivery channel as B2B Outbound.

Please do let me know whether the steps taht i am following are correct or not.
