Error: Adapter function [fConnect] failed

Hi all,

I encounter the following issue with FDQM (11.2.1) on Oracle DB:

- FDQM applciation is created; HFM Adapter (FMX-G5-E) is registered; Machine Profile is created.
- When browsing to HFM target dimension member (via Activities > Maps) the following error occurs: "*Error: Adapter function [fConnect] failed*"

Anyone has seen this error before?
