Error - a batch never finished and remained at status 431

Hello,

We have an issue where the presenter worker seems to have crashed or restarted during a batch, the batch never finished and remained at status 431.

There is also no error logs for the presenter or in the ERR table.

We are currently using ODEE 12.7.1.3

Is there a way to rerun the batch?
