Error: 503 - Service Unavailable

Hi all

Apex release: Apex 5.0.1

Listener: ords.war

Server: GlassFish 4.1

OS: Linux Mint 17.2 cinnamon


Suddenly after restart my PC .. i can't open my apex @ http://localhost:8080/ords/   and i found error: 503 - Service Unavailable.


  • i checked APEX_PUBLIC_USER status by ..


    

  1. select username  
    2. 

  2.     , account_status  
    3. 

  3.     , profile  
    4. 

  4.   from dba_users  
    5. 

  5. where username in ('APEX_PUBLIC_USER','APEX_LISTENER','APEX_REST_PUBLIC_USER');  
    6.

My result is :

USERNAME       ACCOUNT_STATUS

PROFILE

------------------------------

APEX_PUBLIC_USER       OPEN

DEFAULT

APEX_REST_PUBLIC_USER       OPEN

DEFAULT

APEX_LISTENER       OPEN

DEFAULT

  • I try to change APEX_PUBLIC_USER password by ..
ALTER USER APEX_PUBLIC_USER IDENTIFIED BY <password> ACCOUNT UNLOCK;

but no way .. !

Same problem ..

i can't fix this problem, Please help me...
