Error 500--Internal Server Error when using BI Publisher within OBIEE 11g

Hi!

When you access a report created in BI Plubliser using LDAP users, you get the error message:

Error 500 - Internal Server Error

They know tell me if I need to configure anything on the menu Administration> BI Publisher Manager?
