error 403 the resource you requested is not authorized to view

Hi All ,

One fine morning I am getting this error while accessing my workspace page ..

this is epm 11.1.2.4 ..

This was working fine ,and now having this issue .. when checked the services , it all up and running ..

In windows task manager I can see all the services are running
