Error 1722 problem with windows installer package

Hi
I am unable to install updates since 25 because the installer looks for the web update from update 22 which I do not have anymore; can you e-mail it to me or point to a link? I have reinstalled all previous versions since update 22 offline but that did not work.

I get various error messages: error 1722; bin\awt.dll: Old file not found; (previously also error 1714: The Older version of Java(TM) 6 Update 25 cannot be removed); the 64 bit installation seems OK. Somebody suggested to remove all instances of oracle and java from my registry, and then reinstall, is that safe?

Any help would be appreciated.
