Error 1706. No valid source for DAO

I am trying to migrate an Access 2000 database to Oracle XE. When I run the ms exporter I select the database that I want to migrate and select export tables. Then I get the following error:

Error 1706. No valid source could be found for product DAO. The Windows Installer cannot continue.

Whats the problem and how do I fix it.
